I used to be a huge emotional eater and I’ve been struggling with overeating and binge eating. I gained weight and suffered with low self-esteem and anxiety. I felt depressed, unattractive and unhappy. With studying holistic nutrition and exploring what my body and soul really need to be healthier and happier I was able to slowly heal myself. I developed a positive relationship with food and found my dream job and hobbies which make me the happiest person in the world :).

My philosophy

I believe that prescribing diet is not the answer. Restrictive dieting for weight loss is ineffective, inflexible and can lead to deprivation, shame, guilt, hunger and weight regain for many people. Instead of struggling, let’s explore together a gentle way through which you can nourish your body with healthy whole food and some occasionally delicious treats.

I’m passionate about recipes which are packed with good and healthy ingredients, easy to make, and delicious. The most important rule – keep it simple! You can literally heal yourself with whole food without spending a lot of money on expensive weight loss products!

But you have to be ready to change your life. Be ready to learn and grow.
