 Favorite fruit chopped + ½ cup milk (full cream, almond, coconut) or coconut water + 1 tbs Greek yogurt + teaspoon  honey or organic maple syrup + toppings: raw nuts / shredded coconut / cinnamon / mint leaves).

2 slices wholemeal bread (toasted – optional) + organic nut butter + your favorite fruit.
