TURMERIC TONIC RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups coconut water
  • 2 tbs freshly grated turmeric or 1 teaspoon of dried turmeric powder
  • 1 tbs freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • honey (optional)

Instructions:

Place coconut water, turmeric, ginger and lemon juice into blender and give it a whir. You can add honey for better taste. Pour the liquid into glass and enjoy :). Store in a fridge.
