Acai Bowl

1 frozen large banana
1 cup coconut & almond milk or almond milk
1 cup frozen or fresh berries
2 teaspoons acai powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
Toppings: strawberries, raspberries, shredded coconut, almonds
2 serve
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until creamy, but still thick and frosty. Then spoon it out into a bowl. Use a chilled bowl to keep things frosty. Add the toppings. Serve with spoon and enjoy right away.
