Chocolate Avocado Pudding with Coconut

  •  Healthy version of chocolate pudding
  • Filled with nutrients and healthy fats
  • Ready in under 5 minutes


  • 2 medium size avocados,  ripe
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1 cup coconut water (or almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup of organic maple syrup or honey
  • 1 strawberry (topping)


Combine all ingredients into food processor and blend until well-combined. Top with shredded coconut and strawberry.
