- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1 cup almond meal
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 bananas
- 5 tbs raw cacao powder
- 2 avocados, ripped
- 3 tbs cacao powder
- 1-2 tbs organic honey (optional)
Preheat oven to 200°C. Spray a cake pan with coconut oil. Combine coconut flour, almond meal and milk in the large bowl. Add bananas, cacao powder and eggs and blend it until smooth. Pour the mixture in a cake pan. Bake for 40 minutes. Than set aside until cool. To make the icing blend avocados, cacao powder and honey. Frost the cake with prepared icing. Top with strawberries.
