Coconut Balls

Enjoy this guilty free treat as a snack or Xmas treat.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup almond meal
2 tbs maple syrup or raw honey
2 tbs melted coconut oil

Melted chocolate:
2 tbs melted coconut oil
2 tbs cacao powder
1 tbs maple syrup

1/2 cup coconut

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients together in blender or mix thoroughly in bowl until a dough forms. Then roll into balls and dip in shredded coconut.
