Chia pudding is one of my favorite breakfast dishes.
This pudding with a jelly-like consistency is delicious and so easy to make. It takes less then 5 minutes! You can also prepare it the night before and grab it easily in the morning if you have a busy day a head.
Chia seeds are the excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids and are also packed with antioxidants, fiber, magnesium, iron, zinc and calcium.
- 3 tbs of chia seeds
- 200 ml of coconut milk
- 3 tbs of coconut yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey (optional)
Place the chia seeds, yoghurt and maple syrup or honey in bowl and then pour the milk in. Mix everything together. Store the bowl with a lid in the fridge overnight or for following 3-4 hours. Top with berries and coconut flakes. Enjoy :).
