Coconut & Raspberry Homemade Chocolate

Are you chocoholic? I have to admit that I am sometimes :).

But luckily there is a way how you can enjoy your chocolate treat without guilt.

Instead of chocolate from supermarket make your healthier version by yourself.

This homemade chocolate is so easy to make and full of vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tbs organic maple syrup or honey
  • Topping: shredded coconut, dried raspberries

Instructions:

Prepare a baking tray with baking paper and place baking forms on it. Gently melt the coconut oil over a low heat until melted. Add cacao powder and maple syrup in it and whisk to combine until smooth and well combined. Pour into lined baking forms and top with shredded coconut and dried raspberries. Place in the freezer to set for 30 minutes. And enjoy :) Store in the fridge.
