Goji Chocolate Chip Brownies

You can have a great time during your holiday and also stay on the right track!

Instead of processed chocolate eggs and bunnies spoil yourself and your loved ones with these healthy and delicious treats.

This brownies are gluten and dairy free. Goji berries, the superfood from the Himalayan regions, contain beta-carotene, vitamin B1, B6 and B2, vitamin C, iron, calcium, phosphorous, selenium, zinc and copper.

Ingredients:

  • 20 pitted dates
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbs coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao nibs or dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup dried goji berries
  • 2 tbs vanilla powder

Instructions:

Blend the walnuts, dates and almonds in a food processor until fine. Remove mixture from processor and place into a mixing bowl. Add the cacao powder, oil, cacao nibs, goji powder and 2 tbs vanilla powder and stir until all ingredients are mixed. Pour the mixture into a pan lined with baking paper and press down it is spread. Let chill for 2 hours before serving and cut into squares. And enjoy :)! Store in fridge!
