Rainbow salad

Load your body with all vitamins and minerals this veggies offer.

This salad is perfect for your lunch or dinner. Just combine it with some extra protein (such a chicken, tuna or boiled eggs) and enjoy a variety of nutrients these veggies offer.


  • 1 cup spinach and beetroot leaves
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 corn, boiled and sliced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 beetroot, grated
  • 1 zucchini, grated
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • handful of seeds


Put all ingredients to a bowl and toss to combine. Add lime juice and sprinkle with seeds. Enjoy :).
