- 1/2 red cabbage, shredded
- medium red onion, sliced
- handful sliced almonds
- handful pine nuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
- olive oil in spray
- juice from half lemon
Spray olive oil on pan and heat it. Stir-fry red onion for 2 minutes. Then add red cabbage, raisins, almonds and pine nuts and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes. Place the salad in a bowl, add lemon juice and combine it together. Enjoy :)!
